Processing Time Occurs Before Items Are Shipped. This Gives Us Time To Do Quality Control & For Our Products We Handmake To Get Started. All Bodycare, Candles, Nails And Lipgloss Orders Are Made At The Time You Place Orders To Ensure Of Freshness.

• Processing Time Before Actual Shipping.

Hair Orders : 3-5 Business Days

Hot Tools : 2-3 Business Days

Lashes & Lipgloss Orders : 1-2 Business Days

Clothing Orders : 3-5 Business Days

• If Your Order Is Returned To Sender You Will Be Responsible For ReShipping Fee Listed On Our Website. The DollFace Kollection Is Not Responsible For Any Shipment Issues With Carrier. If You Choose Not To Purchase Reship Fee, You Will Be Issued A Refund In The Form Of In-Store Credit.
